Providing longer titles to the TITLES command

The limit of 80 characters can be circumvented for titles because
each piece of the 27 separate titles pieces can have 2 strings each
of 78 characters (plus the quotes at either end.) The output width
must be large enough to hold the combined pieces or they will be
truncated to fit. Because the 2 pieces of each title part are
concatenated you must provide a blank unless the 2 pieces are
broken in the middle of a word.

The 80 character limit on input records is one of the limits we
plan to eliminate in a future release.

TITLES T1 L
'this is the first title to be placed on the top left followed by'
' this second piece which makes it wider than 80 characters.',

       T3 R
'the same principle can be used for any and all pieces of the nine'
' top titles and the 3 possible bottom titles.',

       B1 C
'It helps that the maximum output width for printout has been'
   ' expanded to 5000 characters.'
